Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Global Sales to partner with the Global Sales Team and sub region representatives. You will own the Power BI solution, drive AI integration, and translate business needs into actionable BI deliverables.

You will collaborate with the data-engineering team to create data models, maintain dashboards and reports, and provide trainings and support to stakeholders across regions to improve sales performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Informatics or related field.
• Experience with Power BI Fabric and AI integration.
• Strong analytical, communication and English skills.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Global Sales (m/f/d) to support our Global Sales organization as a business partner. You will be responsible for analysis, enhancing and managing the current Power BI solution. You drive the implementation of AI solutions in our BI environment. You have excellent business and communication skills enabling you to work closely together with sub region representatives and our Global Sales Team to understand business needs and translate them into Power BI solutions. For implementation you work closely together with our data-engineering department by providing business specifications which can be easily translated into technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Work with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify key business questions
• Work together with our IT department to create, join, and manage complex data sets in Power BI to answer key business questions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Drive the development and implementation of AI solutions to solve complex business problems within our BI ecosystem.
• Manage trainings of key stakeholders and provide ad-hoc trainings if needed.
• Provide first level support to sub region representatives and Global Sales team for trouble shooting existing Power BI solutions.
• Focus on improving availability and interpretation of sales data, with an emphasis on providing value-added recommendations in order to improve business performance.
• Manage data quality. This involves improving existing and creating new data quality reports and processes. You work together with our Business Process Harmonization team to work on identifying and help solving data quality issues.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a degree in Finance, Business Informatics or related field.
• Experience with Power BI Fabric and AI integration
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented as well as understanding the big picture.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written in English.
