Seargin Ltd in Poland seeks an experienced Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for complex IT initiatives. You will lead stakeholder workshops, model as-is/to-be processes, and translate needs into actionable user stories and specs.

The ideal candidate has fluent German (C1+), several years of BA experience, and hands-on skills in elicitation, documentation, UML/BPMN, and stakeholder management. Experience with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps is a plus.

Qualificações

• Fluent German at C1 level or above, with ability to communicate confidently with German-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Several years of hands-on Business Analysis experience, including independently managing requirements and delivering BA activities in complex projects.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements, ensuring completeness and alignment with business objectives.
• Practical experience analyzing and modeling business processes, including as-is and to-be assessments, using structured techniques.
• Experience preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional specifications to support solution design and implementation.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN for documenting requirements, modeling processes, and communicating concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills, capable of facilitating workshops and managing expectations.

Responsabilidades

Requirements

• German Language Proficiency
  • Fluent German at C1 level or above, with the ability to communicate confidently with German-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Business Analysis Experience
  • Several years of hands-on Business Analysis experience, including independently managing requirements and delivering BA activities in complex projects.
• Requirements Elicitation and Documentation
  • Strong experience gathering, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements, ensuring their completeness and alignment with business objectives.
• Business Process Analysis
  • Practical experience analyzing and modeling business processes, including as-is and to-be assessments, using structured process analysis techniques.
• User Stories and Functional Specifications
  • Experience preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional specifications to support solution design and implementation.
• UML and BPMN
  • Knowledge of UML and BPMN for documenting requirements, modeling processes, and communicating business and technical concepts.
• Stakeholder and Client Management
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and drive effective communication between business and IT teams.
