GFT Poland is seeking an experienced Business/Functional Analyst to join a banking project in Warsaw. You will perform payments process analysis, translate needs into user stories, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.

In a hybrid setup, you will work with developers, testers and risk specialists in an Agile delivery model, support testing activities, and ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements while maintaining strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform business and functional analysis of payments processes.

Salary range: 13800 PLN gross-21200 PLN gross

What will you do?

We are looking for an experienced Business/ Functional Analyst to join a project from the banking industry.

• Perform business and functional analysis of requirements related to payments processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and risk specialists in an Agile delivery model.
• Support testing activities, including review of test scenarios and validation of delivered functionalities.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet regulatory and risk management requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with business, risk, and technology stakeholders.
• Strong IT Business Analysis skills
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and managing business requirements end to end.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Programming experience in Python (relatively simple Python, not as strong as a developer)
• Exposure and understanding of source code control and management
• Exposure to large scale system migrations
