Job summary

Bravura Solutions is seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications Business Analyst to gather, analyse, shape and document requirements for enterprise application and data change across the organisation.

You will work with stakeholders across Enterprise Applications & Data, IT, and vendors to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and enterprise architecture. The role supports end-to-end traceability from business need to solution implementation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in a back-office technology function.
• Experience with enterprise applications and data, integrations and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, data analysis and documentation skills.
• Experience with platforms such as HR, Finance, Planning, CRM, Service Management, Collaboration, Reporting, Data Warehouse or Integration platforms.
• Familiarity with data architecture concepts including data flows, data lineage, master data, integration patterns, reporting layers and data quality.
• Strong writing of user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs and impact assessments.
• Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and enterprise data tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BA activities for implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with data SMEs to define data flows, lineage, master data, mapping, migration and reporting requirements.
• Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of reusable BA frameworks, methodologies and quality standards.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, support governance forums, define acceptance criteria, support testing (UAT).
