Optiveum is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead data migration, workflow systems, and knowledge management within a large-scale digital platform. You will work with global stakeholders and domain experts to collect and translate requirements, design processes, and ensure alignment across the project team.

The role emphasizes data semantics, taxonomy/ontology, and seamless integration with enterprise systems, with a 100% remote, B2B cooperation setup and ASAP start.

Qualifications

7–10 years as a Business Analyst
Experience on large transformational projects (>€1M)
Public sector/military/intl org projects
Excellent stakeholder management
English at C1; French at B1/B2 is a nice-to-have
Experience with BPMN, workflow systems, approvals, case management
Data migration: data discovery, mapping, migration rules
Integrations & APIs (no coding required)
Agile discovery: user stories, backlog, sprints, UAT, prototyping

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and translate requirements for a large digital platform
Collaborate with domain experts, global stakeholders, and project team for alignment
Support design and documentation of business processes and system functions
Shape terminology management workflows, advanced search, data management, and integrations
