Job summary

BlueSoft is seeking an experienced business analyst to drive AI-powered pricing initiatives and data readiness for a global organisation. You will gather requirements, write specs and collaborate across BI, Data, AI and IT teams to deliver measurable business value.

You will coordinate UAT activities, manage risks and support adoption across multiple countries and business units, with a hybrid or remote work model depending on the project.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, data & analytics or technology transformation.
• Proven skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and specification writing.
• Hands-on with UAT planning, data quality and data readiness activities.
• Experience with international stakeholders and BI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Prepare functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Project description

• the project focuses on driving business transformation through the implementation of AI-powered pricing solutions and enhancing data readiness across a global organisation;
• the goal is to ensure that AI and analytics solutions deliver measurable business value and can be successfully scaled across multiple countries and business units.

Your responsibilities

• gather and analyse business requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops;
• prepare business and functional documentation, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria;
• support the definition and implementation of AI use cases within Pricing;
• coordinate data quality, data validation and data readiness activities;
• collaborate with business, Data, BI, AI and IT teams;
• plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management and release readiness;
• track project progress, risks, dependencies and business outcomes;
• support user adoption, training and continuous improvement.

What we expect

• typically 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, Data & Analytics or technology transformation;
• strong business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping skills;
• proven experience producing functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria;
• hands‑on experience planning and leading UAT activities;
• good understanding of Data Quality, Data Readiness and BI solutions;
• practical understanding of AI and analytics delivery lifecycles;
• experience working with international business and technical stakeholders;
• proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel or equivalent tools;
• professional proficiency in Polish and English.

Nice to Have

• SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau;
• experience in Pricing, Finance or Commercial Analytics;
• exposure to AI Transformation, Data Governance or Data Migration projects;
• familiarity with process modelling tools such as Visio, Miro or Mural.
