Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a banking project for an international client. You will analyze AI/ML use cases, define functional and data requirements, and work with data/ML engineers to deliver compliant, regulatory-ready solutions.

The role requires at least 4 years' BA experience in tech or banking, fluent English, Agile experience, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in a hybrid setup (2 days in-office per week).

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of experience as Business Analyst in a technology or banking environment.
• Experience in using AI models
• Ability to perform functional and business analysis and manage a product backlog.
• Fluency in English
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (2 days in the office per week)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
