Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to engage with clients, assess and enhance business processes, and document requirements tailored to project needs.

The role involves eliciting requirements, creating epics, user stories and use cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work from the Warsaw office is offered with potential remote work within Poland.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant business analyst experience.
• Experience in leading elicitation activities and documenting requirements.
• Background in finance, life science, healthcare or insurance domains.
• Knowledge of AI SDLC or Agentic AI.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban or Waterfall.
• Ability to plan BA approach and facilitate communications.
