Job summary

Intuition IT Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst for a full-remote role focused on nearshore Poland projects. You will define business requirements, map processes, and shape target-state workflows for regulatory and accounting domains.

You will prepare BRDs/FRDs, user stories, and data mappings, ensuring traceability and supporting UAT and sign-off. Collaborative, remote delivery with cross-border teams is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis within finance/accounting domains.
• Knowledge of BRD/FRD development and UAT support.
• Ability to define target-state processes and exception workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements, target-state processes, exception handling workflows, and solution scope.
• Prepare BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, data mappings, requirements traceability.
• Support UAT and business sign-off.
