Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. in Poland seeks a Senior Broker Collection Associate to manage advanced broker settlements and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will support financial closing, oversee payments and receivables, and streamline accounting workflows.

We value a bilingual professional (German and English), strong SAP and MS Office skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Remote-friendly role with on-site options in Gdańsk/Warsaw.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or comparable field.
• 3+ years in insurance sector with focus on financial accounting, billing, and payments.
• Excellent SAP and MS Office skills; knowledge of billing systems.
• Accounting expertise and knowledge of the insurance industry and relevant legal frameworks.
• Independent action and a sense of responsibility for tasks.
• Analytical and process-oriented approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Drive to develop in finance, specifically collections.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex accounting processes for premium, commission, and assistance settlements.
• Postings and reconciliations of ledgers per HGB, GOB and IFRS.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual statements and year-end closing.
• Handle domestic and international payments and receivables.
• Analyse, clarify and optimise processes including master data maintenance.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal/external partners on technical questions and onboarding.
