Job summary

OLX seeks a Principal Brand Designer to shape the Group’s brand ecosystem across multiple brands. You’ll set creative systems, governance, and scalable design assets while guiding AI-enabled workflows. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Product Design to elevate brand equity and consistency.

You’ll drive strategic design leadership, mentor peers, and influence executives, ensuring high‑quality, scalable brand experiences across product launches and communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in brand design or visual design
• Experience building or evolving brands at scale across multiple products or markets
• Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with motion design, storytelling, and digital brand experiences
• Experience building or contributing to enterprise design systems
• Deep familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
