Job summary

OLX is seeking a Principal Brand Designer to shape the visual principles, systems and brand standards across OLX Group and its portfolio. You will lead multi-brand design while ensuring consistency, scale, and distinctive identities that connect with audiences globally.

You'll drive AI-enabled design workflows, build scalable templates, and mentor designers while partnering with Marketing, Brand Strategy and product teams to deliver high‑quality brand experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in brand design or visual design.
• Experience evolving brands at scale across products/markets.
• Expertise with design systems and enterprise assets.

Responsibilities

• Define future of OLX Group's brand ecosystem across brands.
• Manage brand identity systems, standards, and governance.
• Lead multi-brand design systems and asset libraries.
• Provide creative direction across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.
• Elevate craft and establish quality standards across the organization.
