Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior BMC Helix Specialist to lead configuration, customization and enhancement of BMC Helix ITSM. You will drive AI capability integration within our service management environment and ensure optimal performance across the organization.

The role requires 3+ years of BMC Helix ITSM support, strong English communication, and cloud knowledge. You will work in a hybrid setup with potential remote work within Poland and opportunities to collaborate with

Qualifications

• Experience with BMC Helix ITSM/Digital Workplace development lifecycle.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or similar cloud technologies.
• Experience integrating BMC with external data sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, customization and enhancement of BMC Helix ITSM.
• Drive integration of AI capabilities into service management.
• Design and implement BMC functions and services; own detailed designs.
• Document technical designs and solutions for BMC Helix ITSM.
• Run sessions to gather requirements from process owners.
• Create workflows to automate ITSM processes.
• Support integration of BMC Helix with Azure DevOps and third-party tools.
• Administer onboarding of ICT members and users in BMC Helix.
• Provide internal technical support during implementations and operations.
