Job summary

MindPal Sp. z o. o. is seeking a Senior BIM Consultant to design and develop a web platform for automated commissionability review and construction acceptance verification. The system analyzes BIM/IFC models using Agentic AI and generates verification reports.

You will parse IFC files, manage metadata and GUIDs, and integrate BIM viewers with PDF parsers and AI frameworks to automate workflows. Remote, long-term B2B contract with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience for BIM/AEC.
• Advanced knowledge of IFC and BuildingSMART standards.
• Proven experience with BIM viewers and 3D geometry processing.
• Experience integrating GenAI models and AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a web platform for automatic IFC analysis and construction-standards verification.
• Parse IFC files and extract metadata, manage spatial relationships and IFC GUIDs.
• Integrate BIM viewers (IFC.js, xeokit, APS) with PDF parsers and AI workflows.
• Automate acceptance rule workflows and fine-tune LLMs for domain accuracy.
• Implement defect/issue reporting linked to 3D model geometry via BCF/viewpoints.

The system analyzes BIM/IFC digital building models, technical documentation, and engineering standards using Agentic AI, detects design errors, and generates acceptance/verification reports.
