Job summary

Nexio Management Ltd. is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to harmonize country-level reporting with standardized analytics and approved global dashboards. You will map local needs to global solutions, lead workshops, and define KPIs, data rules, and acceptance criteria.

You will collaborate across country, regional and global teams to promote consistent KPI definitions, drive adoption of common reporting, and support UAT, training and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of senior business analysis or analytics experience.
• Experience in reporting standardization and cross-country analytics initiatives.
• Strong requirements analysis, KPI definition and UAT coordination.
• Proficiency with ERP-enabled reporting and data governance concepts.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or SAP S/4HANA Analytics; Excel and SQL skills appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize country-level reporting with standardized analytics and global dashboards.
• Map local needs to standard solutions and document gaps to address.
• Lead workshops with country teams and stakeholders to agree requirements.
• Define business rules, data-quality expectations and acceptance criteria.
• Develop country-wide implementation plans and coordinate with global teams.
• Prepare UAT scenarios and support validation, training and adoption.
