eMoney Advisor is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead analytics initiatives within the Data and Analytics team. The role involves delivering data-driven insights, presenting results to stakeholders, and guiding decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline – math, statistics, data and analytics preferred or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in data and analytics, business intelligence, predictive analytics, or related consultative role

Responsibilities

• Communicate complex analytical solutions and results with data visualization and storytelling to business partners
• Leverage, integrate, and normalize disparate data sources including enterprise systems and customer data
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop quantitative models and analyze business hypotheses
• Ensure consistency of data and analytics code base for a stable environment
• Drive business decisions by providing data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends
• Use analytics to show KPIs, improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts
• Develop and maintain consultative relationships with stakeholders to drive aligned results
• Foster cross-functional relationships to translate needs into a cohesive data strategy
• Integrate cross-functional insights into strategic recommendations to influence decisions
