Job summary

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 10+ years in wireless systems engineering with 5G/6G RAN.
• Proficiency in Java, MATLAB, C/C++ or Python.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead systemization for next-generation Radio Access Network products: define system requirements and drive feature development.
• Design, optimize, and validate L1 and RRM algorithms, focusing on DSP, MIMO and beamforming.
• Conduct advanced link- and network-level studies to improve wireless performance for 5G/6G.
• Develop and refine software simulations and tools to assess designs and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Contribute to defining and influencing 5G/6G standards and mentor teammates.
