Job summary

Ericsson in Poland seeks a 5G NR Senior Baseband UPC Software Product Guardian (PG) to join our team. You will drive UPC Scheduler development and ensure architectural readiness for features across EMCA and virtualized RAN solutions.

You will anchor the domain's design principles, test strategy, and roadmap, interact with cross-domain forums, and coordinate UPC activities. Strong C/C++ skills and real-time multi-core experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Real-Time Software development knowledge
• Knowledge of UPC domain and NR scheduler functions
• Understanding of 3GPP standards & RRM functions
• Strong programming in C/C++
• Excellent English communication

Responsibilities

• Drive UPC Scheduler development with focus on EMCA purpose-built
• Own UPC domain product development roadmap and future-proof SW
• Analyze improvements for efficient UPC implementation
• Define UPC domain design rules, test strategy and competence plan
• Participate in Ericsson EMCA & GPP design forums for SW/HW needs
• Coordinate UPC discussions with other domains
