SKELAR is seeking a Senior Bank Relationship Manager to elevate our banking infrastructure across 30+ entities and jurisdictions. You will define strategy with banks and fintechs, own onboarding, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure smooth payments and risk controls.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance within international environments, strong payment systems knowledge, and excellent English (B2+).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance within international companies, banks, or IT firms.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems and cross-border multi-currency transactions.
• Proficient English (B2+); able to prioritize and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously develop the Group's banking infrastructure across 30+ entities and jurisdictions.
• Define and execute bank and fintech partner strategy: sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
• Lead onboarding support and partner evaluation; coordinate risk diversification and data updates with stakeholders.
