Job summary

SKELAR is seeking a Senior Bank Relationship Manager in Warsaw to lead banking infrastructure across multiple entities, manage partner relations, and optimize liquidity and payments. The role entails coordinating with finance, legal, and operations teams to align treasury needs with business strategy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance, strong knowledge of cross-border payments and Excel proficiency, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in finance in international companies, banks, or IT firms.
• Solid understanding of payment systems and cross-border transactions with multi-currency payments.
• Ability to prioritize, organize daily routines, and manage tasks with independence.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Group's banking infrastructure across 30+ operating entities; ensure availability and resilience.
• Define and execute bank and fintech partner strategy: sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of banking partners and onboarding.
