To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of development experience with backend technologies, including proficiency in multiple backend languages and frameworks such as C#, .NET, C++, node.js, Java, Scala, or others.
  • Experience with modern backend architecture principles, including microservices.
  • Experience building and deploying solutions on cloud services, with preference given to experience with Azure and AWS.
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, etc. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-sufficient approach to work.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, managing and delivering software engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field.

Ideal candidates will also have:

  • Experience architecting solutions on modern backend platforms.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, processes, and CI/CD tools.
