Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a senior Cloud Engineer to design, build, and scale cloud services for remote device management and OTA updates. You will lead multi-region AWS infrastructure, emphasize observability and security, and drive secure API/microservice design.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with hardware, product, and other engineering teams, and ensure robust, scalable cloud solutions in a fast-paced agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with Amazon AWS services such as EKS, S3, SQS, RDS, Cognito, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in Python or Go (Golang), with a focus on building production-quality services.
• Experience with relational, document, or time-series databases and writing performant SQL queries.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to design and operate scalable, secure APIs and microservices.
• Strong communication and leadership in cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in agile environments with modern DevOps and SRE practices.
