Job summary

Luxoft Poland is hiring a DevOps Engineer to design, implement and operate edge solutions with AWS Greengrass. You will build ETL pipelines, develop analytics for clients, and work in an agile team delivering hands-on technical leadership.

The role requires 6+ years of devops experience, strong CI/CD, Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes, and scripting skills in Python or Bash. A focus on monitoring, security, and real-time data is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong CI/CD expertise and IaC knowledge.
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes proficiency.
• Python and/or Bash scripting skills.
• Proficiency with monitoring/observability tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Understanding of cloud security and networking.
• Understanding of Industrial IoT concepts.
• Experience in real-time data processing systems.
• Hands-on SQL database design experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ownership, accountability and delivery focus.

Responsibilities

Monitoring and diagnostics system which fulfills both local and remote data access and analytics requirement, as well as local and remote

troubleshooting purpose.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design and implementing solutions for Edge using AWS greengrass components
• Building the code and logic required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using Python or programming languages.
• Building analytics solutions that provide valuable insights for clients and end users.
• Work in an agile project team which has specific goals and deliverables.
• Responsible for providing technical support and / or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers' business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers' businesses.
• Shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers.
• Guide the project team members on specific deliverables.
