Emerson’s Reliability Solutions team in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, implement, test, and maintain secure, scalable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET. You will collaborate with a global cross-functional team, contribute to architecture, and build reusable libraries and data solutions across architecture and leadership paths.

Qualificações

• 5+ years professional backend experience in software development.
• Advanced expertise in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong OO, asynchronous programming, concurrency, and DI knowledge.
• Experience designing versioned APIs and service contracts.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and data modeling.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ).
• Security-minded with authentication/authorization concepts (OAuth2/OpenID/JWT).
• Automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud and containerization experience (Azure/AWS, Kubernetes).
• English and Polish at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer, product, and system requirements to craft backend solutions.
• Design, develop, document, and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and data access layers.
• Contribute to backend architecture and guiding engineering decisions.
• Build reusable libraries and shared services aligned with standards.
• Develop data access for relational and document databases with data integrity.
• Develop microservices and event-driven solutions with asynchronous messaging.
• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and auditability.
• Create and maintain automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, contract).
• Improve performance, resilience, observability, and production diagnostics.
• Support CI/CD, containerized environments, releases, and incident investigations.
• Participate in code/design reviews and provide technical guidance.
