Emerson in Warsaw is seeking a Software Developer to join Reliability Solutions. You will design, develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data solutions using C#/.NET, contributing to secure, scalable software for critical infrastructure.

You will collaborate in a cross-functional, international team, participate in CI/CD and code reviews, and help drive quality through automated tests, documentation, and observability efforts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Min 3 years of backend experience developing backend software solutions.
• Proficient in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core and backend service development.
• Experience designing, implementing, and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL Server) and EF Core.
• Familiar with asynchronous programming, DI, logging, and security basics.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze requirements and translate into backend implementation tasks.
• Design, develop, document, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Develop data access solutions for relational/document databases.
• Create and maintain automated unit/integration tests.
• Implement security controls, authentication, authorization, and logging.
• Participate in CI/CD, code reviews, and cross-team planning.
• Troubleshoot defects and contribute to root-cause analysis.
• Support performance, reliability, and observability improvements.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, architects, and DevOps teams.
• Contribute to technical documentation and API specs.
