MindPal Sp. z o. o. in Wrocław seeks a Senior Backend Developer (Python) to craft event-driven backend solutions for an AI-supported document digitization tool serving 14 countries. The role emphasizes ownership and cloud/DevOps responsibility.

You will design Python backends, implement event-driven architectures, and build AI agent-based features using LangChain/LangGraph, collaborating with frontend when possible.

Qualifications

• Several years of software development experience with strong Python expertise.
• Willingness to own solutions end-to-end and take cloud/DevOps responsibility.
• Experience with AI-native programming and agentic AI concepts.

Quick Facts Role: Senior Backend Developer (Python) Focus: Event-driven backend, agentic AI, and B2B Customer Service Management Collaboration model: B2B contract; hybrid (Wrocław) or 100% remote Description You will work on backend solutions for an AI-supported document digitization tool that processes millions of documents across 14 countries.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Python backend solutions, especially event-driven architecture and system integration
• Build AI agent-based product functionality with LangChain/LangGraph from concept to production deployment
• Support React frontend layer implementations when possible
• Use AI-assisted developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to improve development workflows, code reviews, and architectural decisions
• Contribute to platform evolution, including AI engineering and UX concepts, delivering high-quality and maintainable IT solutions

Requirements

• Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
• Several years of software development experience with strong Python expertise
• Willingness to work in a “you build it, you run it” model (ownership of solutions and cloud/devops responsibility)
• Practical experience with AI-supported/AI-native programming
• Interest in Agentic AI and readiness to build solutions in this area
• High willingness to learn and openness to new technologies
