Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep TypeScript and Node.js skills to shape AI-driven, agentic systems. You will craft scalable backend services and AI-enabled frontends while collaborating with client engineering leaders. Hybrid work is available, with three days from Kraków or Gdansk, Poland.

You will work on LangGraph-based orchestration, LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic), and production-grade dashboards, ensuring reliability and performance in live environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience building full-stack solutions with component-based frontend architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AI/agentic systems, including agent orchestration, memory/context management, and evaluation pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design, extend, and operationalize agentic systems with LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• Develop AI-powered user experiences, dashboards, and AI-native UX patterns for client use cases.
• Build reusable Stencil components and integrate them into Angular-based applications.
• Provide 24/7 production support and participate in on-call rotations to resolve live incidents.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep TypeScript and Node.js expertise and hands-on experience building AI-driven, agentic systems. You will help shape next-generation digital experiences as we evolve toward a fully AI-native architecture—spanning intelligent agents, dynamic user interfaces, and the supporting infrastructure required to run them at scale.This is a client-facing role that requires close collaboration with engineering leadership, balanced work across the frontend and backend, and a passion for delivering production-ready AI experiences.
