Job summary

Sourceful ICT in Kraków is seeking a Senior Azure Infrastructure / Platform Engineer to join a small Poland-based Azure team. You will design, implement, and operate scalable Azure infrastructure and drive modernization, security, and governance.

You will work on on-call rotations, collaborate with engineering and operations, and contribute to IaC with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM, plus CI/CD automation. Relevant AZ certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Mid+ to Senior level.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience supporting production environments.
• Good understanding of Azure networking, security, monitoring, and identity management.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM).
• Experience with CI/CD and automation.
• Comfortable working within an on-call support model.

At Sourceful ICT, we’re looking for a Senior Azure Infrastructure / Platform Engineer to be part of a small, Poland-based Azure infrastructure team. The team would focus on Azure infrastructure design, implementation, operations, and occasional out-of-hours/on-call support for critical incidents.

What you will do:

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure

• Support infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure environments

• Ensure security, governance, and operational best practices

• Participate in an on-call rotation and be available by phone for critical incidents when required

What you will bring:
