Our mission is to support customers at various stages of their digital transformation, from data centers infrastructure automation, initial migration and cloud‑native modernization to building platforms and scaling Infrastructure as Code processes for multiple development teams.

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer eager to join us on this mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers in an Infrastructure-as-Code consulting model, supporting adoption and maturity of IaC practices
• Design, implement and evolve Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using tools such as Terraform, GitHub Enterprise and CI/CD platforms
• Lead and contribute to initiatives improving customers’ infrastructure automation, delivery workflows and operational standards
• Assess existing infrastructure and DevOps practices and propose improvements aligned with scalability, security and reliability goals
• Support customers in designing and implementing cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions, primarily on AWS
• Advise on CI/CD strategies, Git‑based workflows and automation techniques to improve repeatability and delivery quality
• Collaborate with customers’ engineering teams, acting as a senior technical partner and advisor
• Take ownership of assigned technical initiatives, from discovery through implementation and handover

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• At least 7 years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure roles, with deep expertise in AWS services and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) for provisioning and managing environments
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control platforms (Git/GitHub Enterprise), enabling automated and reliable deployment workflows
• In-depth knowledge of security best practices in cloud infrastructure (IAM design, secrets management, compliance frameworks, encryption) to ensure robust and secure IaC deployments
• Hands‑on experience with a broad range of DevOps tools and platforms, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and configuration management/automation tools (Ansible, Chef), demonstrating adaptability to diverse technical environments
• Proven client‑facing consulting experience, with the ability to work directly with customers, translate requirements into IaC solutions, and guide organizations through cloud adoption initiatives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, coupled with a consultative, solution‑oriented mindset for problem‑solving, enabling effective knowledge transfer and alignment with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship, including guiding junior engineers, providing input into infrastructure architecture decisions, and championing DevOps best practices across teams
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a track record of leading end‑to‑end delivery of complex infrastructure projects – from initial design and architecture through to deployment in production
