Our mission is to support customers at various stages of their digital transformation, from data centers infrastructure automation, initial migration and cloud-native modernization to building platforms and scaling Infrastructure as Code processes for multiple development teams.

We are seeking an experienced VMware and Infrastructure Engineer eager to join us on this mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain on-premise Data Center infrastructure with a strong focus on bare-metal provisioning and virtualization.
• Automate the full lifecycle of physical infrastructure - from provisioning and re-provisioning to decommissioning.
• Design and operate VMware environments, including clusters, high availability and capacity planning.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions for on-prem environments using Terraform.
• Develop and improve automation tooling for bare-metal and virtualized infrastructure.
• Ensure reliability, scalability and resilience of Data Center platforms.
• Collaborate with platform, system and operations teams, translating infrastructure requirements into stable and repeatable solutions.
• Continuously improve infrastructure standards, tooling and operational practices.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or VMware Engineer in Data Center environments.
• Hands-on experience with bare-metal provisioning and physical server lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of VMware technologies - ESXi, vSphere, clustering and virtualization concepts.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform in on-prem and VMware environments.
• Solid understanding of physical infrastructure fundamentals - servers, networking, storage and hardware management.
• Experience with automation and scripting (Bash, Python or similar).
• Understanding of networking concepts in Data Centers - VLANs, bonding, routing and connectivity.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and clearly communicate infrastructure concepts.
• Dell Enterprise infrastructure ecosystem knowledge will be a big plus
• Fluent in Polish and English.
