Job summary

Lufthansa Systems Poland, a Lufthansa Group company, seeks a Test Engineer to ensure quality of mission-critical aviation software. You will design test plans, perform manual and automated testing, and develop automation solutions with Cypress/Playwright or similar tools.

Role requires 5+ years in testing, REST API validation, SQL/NoSQL, and strong English. Hybrid work at the Gdańsk office 2 days a week is offered with a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in software testing.
• Experience with manual and automated testing, incl. UI testing.
• Hands-on with Cypress, Playwright, Robot Framework or Squish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure features meet requirements and acceptance criteria before release.
• Design test plans and testing approaches with the team.
• Perform manual and automated testing, including UI testing.
• Develop and maintain reliable test automation solutions.
• Design, execute and maintain performance and load tests.
• Analyze, document and communicate test results.
• Identify and report defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs and product owners to clarify requirements.
• Contribute to improving testing processes, tools and practices.
