ALTEN Polska in Kraków seeks a senior FEM Engineer to perform advanced simulations and calibrate material models for automotive electronics hardware. You will collaborate with design, validation and firmware teams to optimize product performance and reliability on-site in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience (6–8+ years) in automotive electronics hardware development.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on FEM simulations experience in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced FEM simulations using Abaqus.
• Conduct nonlinear implicit and explicit analyses for automotive products and components.
• Evaluate product performance through various analyses: Natural Frequency, Random Vibration, Shock/Impact, Thermal Expansion.
• Work with existing simulation models and ensure knowledge transfer between teams.
• Support virtual product validation throughout the development lifecycle.
