Job summary

Britenet is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automated tests for web apps and APIs. You will perform functional, regression, and integration testing, analyze results, and support defect resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes QA process improvement, BDD with Playwright+Cucumber, and English communication. Flexible remote or hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in test automation.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, and Selenium (including Playwright + Cucumber for BDD).
A strong understanding of HTTP services and API testing.
Experience working with Jira along with test management plugins (Zephyr / Xray).
Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to optimize daily QA workflows and code generation.
Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 Level)
Availability to work in the CEST time zone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities
