Job summary

DCG seeks a Senior Test Automation Engineer to design, develop and maintain automated tests in a .NET 8 environment. You will implement Playwright-based UI tests using the Page Object Model and develop API tests with HttpClient/RestSharp.

The role requires 5+ years in .NET test automation, NUnit experience, CI/CD familiarity (Bitbucket/Bamboo), and strong English communication. Join a team delivering robust, scalable test solutions within a dynamic project portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of test automation in .NET environments.
• Experience with Pega platform or applications built on Pega.
• Strong C# skills and .NET 8 testing experience.
• Experience with NUnit and test runners.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines: Bitbucket and Bamboo.
• Proficiency in Git workflows and code reviews.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test suites in a C# / .NET 8 environment.
• Implement UI test automation using Playwright with Page Object Model (POM).
• Develop API automation tests using HttpClient or RestSharp, including JSON validation and schema checks.
• Build and maintain robust test architecture with reusable helpers, stable selectors and retry/backoff strategies.
• Investigate test failures and provide effective debugging and failure diagnostics.
• Contribute to improving test reliability and efficiency across the development lifecycle.
