Job summary

Luxoft in Wrocław, Poland, seeks a Senior Automation QA Engineer to design and execute automation strategies for ultra-low latency trading platforms and exchange connectivity. You will build and maintain test frameworks in Python, automate API/integration/end-to-end tests, and validate data flows across global venues.

You will work on high-performance trading gateways, analyze latency-sensitive workflows, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software testing with automation
• Hands-on experience in Python development for test automation
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites
• Strong knowledge of API, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing
• Hands-on experience with PyTest, Playwright, Selenium, or similar automation frameworks
• Experience testing distributed, real-time, or high-performance systems
• Good understanding of market connectivity, market data flows, exchange integrations, or trading workflows
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software delivery practices
• Good knowledge of SQL and database testing techniques
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills
