Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Archive Records Analyst to lead high-priority records management initiatives and support global archiving programs. This role sits in the Electronic Records Archiving Center of Practice and partners with global teams to ensure lifecycle governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years minimum related experience.
• 5+ years related experience in a regulated industry such as, pharmaceutical, medical device manufacturing, regulatoryaffairsor quality.
• 5+ years of experience in records management and/or working in an archive.
• Knowledge and hands on experience with a Document and/or Records Management System.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Robust communication skills, both oral and written.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Preferred Experience: Experience with global teams and/or deployments
• Experience workingwith IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Assumes a leadership role in drivingrecordsmanagement enterprise governance.
• Contributes to program performance including implementation of activities per the records strategy.
• Key interface with global records management teams.
• Monitor and report on global deployment project plans / deliverables asrequiredfor management.
• Provide program status updates asrequiredagainst milestones to management and businessstakeholders.
• Ability to work with archiving IT system(s) and team(s).
• Can create and effectively deliver communication plans and communications that are: Clear and concise
• Targeted for a country,regionor global audience.
• Must have excellent partnering skills tofacilitateprojects within and across organizations.
• Accountable for providing input and managing within budgetary requirements.
• Responsible for compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
