Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking a skilled Solution Architect (Archimate) for an international aerospace program. You will design and govern end-to-end architecture, ensuring security and alignment with IT strategy while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams in Poland.

Expect leadership in architecture workshops, documentation, and governance, with travel abroad opportunities. Fluency in English and EU citizenship required.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in complex IT transformation projects.
• Strong background in end-to-end architecture design (functional / technical).
• Regular practice in writing architecture documentation and facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design, coherence, and security of IT solutions within transformation projects.
• Define architecture building blocks, patterns, and integration principles.
• Coordinate interactions between business teams, IT, security, and projects.
