ZURU is seeking an experienced AR Accountant to join our Germany-focused team. You will own end-to-end AR processes, manage journal bookings, intercompany activities, reconciliations, and monthly closings, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in financial accounting, strong German and English communication, and hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. FMCG/SSC exposure is a plus, with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

Majored in Accounting, Finance.
2–3 years of experience in financial accounting; FMCG or Finance Shared Service Center experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication in German and English.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Nice to have: EDI experience, particularly with Factur-X or KSeF.

Responsabilités

Perform daily AR accounting operations including journal bookings, intercompany activities and reconciliation for Germany (end-to-end ownership).
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions and compliance with policies and accounting standards.
Process, verify and clear receivables; liaise with customers for reconciliations and manage bad debt tracking.
Prepare monthly AR reports; support aging analysis and invoice matching with sales orders.
Coordinate with the tax/audit teams and assist with IFRS vs local GAP reconciliations as needed.
