ZURU is seeking an AR Accountant at Junior or Regular level to join our team in Poland. The role covers daily AR operations, customer reconciliations, month-end closing, and intercompany activities.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate reporting and compliant processes. The ideal candidate has a background in Accounting/Finance, 1+ year of experience in financial accounting, and strong communication in French and English.

Qualifications

• Majored in Accounting, Finance.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial accounting.
• Strong written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Practical mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills, highly organized and detail-oriented; able to work independently and in a team.
• Nice to have: EDI experience, particularly with Factur-X.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily AR accounting operations including journal booking and intercompany activity for France (end-to-end ownership).
• Process, verify and reconcile receivables; liaise with customers for reconciliations; manage bad debt booking and tracking.
• Conduct monthly closing with high quality; prepare AR reports and ensure invoices match sales orders; coordinate with M&O to resolve issues.
• AR aging, reconciliation and reporting monthly; work with SAP team to optimize reporting; calculate and book monthly AR provisions.
• Coordinate with overseas auditors; prepare internal and external audit materials; support tax audits; assist with EU entity reconciliations.
• Prepare FR reconciliations with local agents; compare IFRS and local GAAP for monthly/yearly accounting books.
