Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering production software.
• Proven track record in production-grade AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, and multimodal AI at scale.
• Strong systems thinking balancing latency, cost, and UX.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered product experiences from concept through production.
• Architect scalable AI systems using LLMs, embeddings, multimodal models, retrieval systems, agent frameworks, and modern data infrastructure.
• Build production‑grade multi‑agent workflows and orchestration systems using LangGraph, LangChain, Mastra, and custom tooling.
• Develop and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including embeddings, vector search, retrieval pipelines.
• Build multimodal AI workflows that analyze images, creative assets, and visual datasets with modern multimodal LLMs.
