Job summary

Deel is seeking a senior designer-engineer to build an AI-driven design system and the front-end interfaces that power our next-gen payroll and HR platform. You will work hands-on in Figma and production code, shaping components, tokens, and workflows that scale globally.

You will partner with Design, Engineering, and Product to push AI-enabled UI across the platform while maintaining craft and clarity in every decision. This role offers hybrid work and global impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in design systems and front-end development is preferred.
• Strong ability to prototype in production front-end code.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine the AI-generated UI system and component architecture.
• Design hands-on interfaces and contribute to production code in a fast-paced cycle.
• Define and uphold production-readiness criteria for AI-generated UI and tooling.
