Job summary
Rockwell Automation is seeking an experienced Remote Monitoring and Application engineer based in Katowice, Poland. You will monitor automation devices and production processes, provide 24/7/365 technical support, and assist with deployment and training at customer sites.
The role reports to the local Supervisor - Remote Support and offers a hybrid schedule, with work from home two days per week. Candidates with strong PLC, drive tech, and Allen-Bradley knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Technical education in automation, power electronics or related field.
- Experience in technical support or automation systems is preferred.
- Willingness to work shifts (afternoon, night, weekend).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers and engineers solving automation problems.
- Monitor client alerts and take actions to eliminate them.
- Report design errors and issues to the engineering group.
