A leading technology company is seeking a Senior Application Consultant to join the EazyStock Customer Success team. This fully remote role involves supporting clients in optimizing their inventory systems through cloud solutions, offering extensive training and professional growth opportunities. Syncron, as the first company in the field of after-sales service and inventory optimization that moved to a cloud-only strategy, is expanding its business at every corner. To facilitate it, we are growing within all parts of our organization.
Now we’re looking to expandthe EazyStock Customer Success team, assigned to one of our most wanted solutions – EazyStock platform offered exclusively as SaaS and hosted on Amazon Web Services. Built on Syncron’s flagship product “Inventory” which is dedicated to large businesses (JCB, Kubota, Nissan just to name a few), offers the same powerful tool for inventory optimization, but works best with small and medium-sized clients.
EazyStock Consultant will report to the local Team Leader (the brilliant one!), but will have global exposure through cooperation with other ES teams located in Europe, Asia and US and serving Syncron clients from all over the world.
This role is broad and can have various responsibilities throughout the full life-cycle of the implementation project, depending on the size of the client, phase of the project, etc.
After the initial extensive training on EazyStock, an ES consultant will take on a customer-facing role, including managing existing customers and supporting new business acquisition activities.
