Job summary

SOFTSWISS is expanding its team and seeks an Integration Manager to oversee the stability, reliability, and efficiency of system integrations connecting clients with internal platforms in Warsaw.

You will analyze requirements, configure integration environments, monitor API communication, and translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborating with clients and the development team to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of network technologies and how the modern Internet works.
• Good understanding of API communication and ability to read log files.
• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to troubleshoot data issues.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the integration environment.
• Analyze client requirements and provide API integration guidance.
• Troubleshoot, monitor systems, and analyze logs to prevent issues.
