Job summary

SOFTSWISS is expanding its team and seeks an Integration Manager to oversee the stability, reliability, and efficiency of system integrations connecting clients with internal platforms in Warsaw.

You will analyze requirements, configure integration environments, monitor API communication, and translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborating with clients and the development team to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of network technologies and how the modern Internet works.
• Good understanding of API communication and ability to read log files.
• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to troubleshoot data issues.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of system integrations that connect our clients’ environments with internal platforms. By analyzing requirements, configuring integration environments, and monitoring API communication, you will help maintain seamless data exchange and high system performance.

Your technical expertise and analytical mindset will be essential for identifying and resolving issues, preventing potential disruptions, and continuously improving the integration process. Working closely with both clients and the development team, you will translate business needs into technical solutions, supporting the company’s commitment to reliability, performance, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Configuration and maintaining of integration environment
• Analysis of clients’ requirements and API integration consulting
• Troubleshooting and system monitoring and analysis
• Preventing issues, providing reliability and improving performance
• Communicating vendor requirements to the development team

Required Experience:

• Strong knowledge of network technologies, concepts and generally how the modern Internet works
• Good understanding of API communication, experience with logging, error monitoring systems, and ability to reading log files or error traces
• Knowing of SQL basics
• Good debugging, analytical, problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Nice to have:

• Previous experience as a technical account manager, manual QA, or technical support specialist of field-specific education
• Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate Russian
