Job summary

SOFTSWISS in Warsaw is seeking an experienced 1C Developer to join the development of our internal ERP product. You will be part of a strong team of senior 1C developers, working on a complex internal system that supports key business processes across the company.

You will contribute to the full development cycle, from analyzing requirements to design, development, testing, and rollout, and you will work on improving architecture and integrating with internal and external systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial development experience with the 1C 8 platform and familiar with Managed Forms and Web Client.
• Strong knowledge of standard 1C platform objects and architecture.
• Experience with REST API integrations and financial reporting development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development, support, and optimization of the internal ERP product.
• Design and implement new modules and technical solutions.
• Refactor and improve existing functionality and architecture.
• Collaborate with senior 1C developers and share best practices.
