Job summary

XTB online investing in Warsaw seeks an experienced Frontend Developer to build and enhance our trading platform using Angular and TypeScript. You will translate UI/UX designs into scalable interfaces, collaborate with backend teams via REST and gRPC, and maintain high-quality code with automated tests.

Join a large Product & Technology Department delivering value across markets, with a strong focus on accessibility, performance, and modern frontend architectures.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Expertise in the Angular framework.
• Experience with Nx and GitLab workflows.
• Understanding of microfrontend architectures (Module Federation, Web Components) and gRPC/gRPC‑Web.
• Proficiency with RxJS and reactive programming concepts.
• Familiarity with design patterns and testing (Karma/Jasmine or Jest).
• Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum).
• Independent problem solving and proactive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new features for a trading platform using Angular and TypeScript.
• Build scalable, high-performance UIs based on mockups (Figma) and a design system.
• Collaborate with backend on API integrations (REST/gRPC).
• Maintain high code quality with best practices and code reviews.
• Write unit and integration tests (Jest, Karma/Jasmine).
• Support the team in solving technical challenges and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in sprint planning and daily Scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure accessibility (a11y/WCAG) and high user experience.
• Explore new tech to improve team efficiency and product quality.
