Job summary

Caspian One partners with a leading financial services organisation to transform its next-generation portfolio management platform used by Portfolio Managers and Analysts across Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi-Asset teams. This is a fully remote opportunity for engineers based in Poland.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will build high-performance React 18+ applications, develop an enterprise component library, and contribute to micro-frontend architecture and AG Grid Enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience developing applications with React 18+.
• Expert knowledge of TypeScript, including advanced typing and scalable design.
• Experience building large-scale SPAs.
• Hands-on experience with AG Grid Enterprise.
• Strong understanding of Material UI (MUI) and component-driven development.
• Experience creating and maintaining reusable component libraries.
• Solid testing experience using modern testing tools.
• Experience working within micro-frontend architectures.

Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing React/TypeScript applications used by investment teams.
• Building reusable UI components for an enterprise component library.
• Migrating legacy portfolio management functionality to micro-frontends.
• Contributing to AG Grid Enterprise solutions with custom renderers, editors, grouping, and pivoting.
• Collaborating with architects, product teams, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Writing automated tests and advancing frontend engineering best practices.
• Supporting frontend architecture discussions and translating workflows into UI.

We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation that is transforming its next-generation portfolio management platform used by Portfolio Managers and Analysts across Equity, Fixed Income, and Multi-Asset teams.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll play a key role in building modern, high-performance front-end applications, helping modernise legacy platforms and delivering cutting-edge user experiences. You'll work within a highly skilled engineering team focused on advanced data visualisation, enterprise-grade UI components, and micro-frontend architecture.

This is a fully remote opportunity for engineers based in Poland who enjoy solving complex technical challenges within a fast-paced financial environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing and enhancing complex React and TypeScript applications used across investment management teams.
• Building reusable, scalable UI components for a shared enterprise component library.
• Migrating legacy portfolio management functionality into modern micro-frontend applications.
• Contributing to the development of advanced AG Grid Enterprise solutions, including custom renderers, editors, grouping, pivoting, and performance optimisation.
• Collaborating with architects, product teams, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Writing comprehensive automated tests and contributing to engineering best practices.
• Supporting technical design discussions and helping drive frontend architecture decisions.
• Working closely with business stakeholders to translate complex workflows into intuitive user interfaces.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong commercial experience developing applications with React 18+.
• Expert knowledge of TypeScript, including advanced typing and scalable application design.
• Experience building large-scale Single Page Applications (SPAs).
• Hands-on experience with AG Grid Enterprise.
• Strong understanding of Material UI (MUI) and component-driven development.
