Job summary

Sii Poland Group is seeking a Senior Front-end Developer with Angular to design, build, and modernize business-critical applications across international financial processes. You will deliver scalable front-end solutions and drive performance improvements in a dynamic, collaboration-driven team.

Based in a hybrid Warsaw setup, the role emphasizes mentoring juniors, translating business needs into technical solutions, and delivering high-quality software within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Angular.
• Practical experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into applications.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Willingness to support less experienced developers and share knowledge with the team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 2–3 days per week from the office in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining modern Angular applications
• Building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing front-end solutions
• Implementing new features and enhancements based on business requirements
• Optimizing application performance and user experience
• Monitoring applications and troubleshooting production issues
• Participating actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Identifying opportunities for technical and process improvements
• Supporting junior developers and sharing technical knowledge within the team
• Driving the adoption of modern technologies and innovative engineering approaches
