Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Android Developer to design, build, and improve high-performance mobile applications in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence technical decisions and deliver scalable, user-centric products.

The role focuses on Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, CI/CD practices, code quality, and documentation, with responsibilities spanning from architecture to testing and reviews.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial Android app development experience.
• Proficient in Kotlin and Android SDK with UI using Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with automated testing and scalable mobile applications.
• Fluent Polish and English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications focusing on performance, stability, and responsiveness.
• Refactor and optimize existing solutions and promote architectural improvements.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for development, testing, and release processes.
• Deliver high-quality, testable, maintainable code and participate in technical decision-making.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering standards and software quality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support development and operations.
